Directions to Premier Plastic Surgery

FROM INTERSTATE 285

1. Take the U.S. Highway 78 West exit (#39A)
2. Turn left at the second traffic light, which is DeKalb Industrial Way
3. Turn and right onto North Decatur Road
4. The DeKalb Medical Center campus is one-quarter mile on the left

***Once on the Medical Center campus, follow the entrance to the first stop sign (Do not turn into the outside parking lot, as spaces are limited).  Make a right and then a left at the next one.  Park in the parking garage and walk across to ‘Professional Building 2675’.  Our office is on the 5th floor, Suite 501.

FROM DOWNTOWN ATLANTA

1. From 10th Street, turn onto Peachtree Street traveling south
2. Travel south on Peachtree Street for approximately 1 mile
3. From Peachtree Street, turn left onto Ponce de Leon Avenue/U.S. Highway 29/78/278.
4. Travel east on Ponce de Leon Avenue for approximately 4.2 miles
5. From Ponce de Leon Avenue, turn left onto Scott Boulevard/U.S. Highway 23
6. Travel on Scott Boulevard for approximately 2 miles
7. From Scott Boulevard, turn right onto North Decatur Road
8. Travel on North Decatur Road for approximately half a mile to the intersection of North
9. Decatur Road and Church Street.   DeKalb Medical Center is located on the right, just past the intersection of North Decatur Road and Church Street.
